It got up to like 97 degree's over here! Looking out at the horizon, I notice some cumulous clouds forming "blowing up" quickly, between the deck and a thick layer of moisture higher up; they could develope into larger cumulo-nimbus/thunderheads, getting the camera ready for lightning pic's just incase

If they develope into storm clouds, with the couple of days of record/near record heat, cloud to ground lightning would bring the risk of wildfire's. I didn't see any red flag warnings, but they might be waranted.

It hit about 75 today, calling for 80 by the end of the week... not bad,

Supposed to cool down here tomorrow Might even rain this weekend the cumulous clouds peaked out around 5PM, one good sized cumulo-nimbus looked like it had a chance to develope into a T-strom, but petered out into upper level clouds around 7/8pm. No T-storms but the rain this weekend should soften up the yard enough to turn over my old garden, then I can get some planting done.. Hopefully I'll get the pumpkin's started early enough to get a big one before the fair entry due date
