Looks pretty good. You can Uninstall Combofix, it is not needed anymore:

    • Click START then RUN
    • Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

When shown the disclaimer, Select "2"

You have some items stopped from auto starting by using msconfig. Can you go back in there and re-enable those so we can see what those might be? Then I can give you the final steps to take with HJT.

Several things you can do to stop the auto starting programs, msconfig really isn't one of them. It should be considered a trouble shooting program.
CodeStuff Starter is an excellent FREE program to control unnecessary auto startups and also unneeded auto starting services.
Download and install, very simple to use. When you open the program you will see three tabs, Startup, for auto starting programs, Processes, which works like Task Manager but also gives you the info on what other processes are tied to a specific running process and Services for auto starting services. All you do is remove check marks from the programs you don't want auto starting close the program and reboot.
Here are the ones you have running which can easily be run manually when needed:
    QuickTime Task
    MSConfig
    VTTrayp
VTTimer-user option to auto start, not required
    SunJavaUpdateSched
StartCCC-user option to auto start, not required
    SoundMan
    LiveMonitor
    ATICustomerCare
    ATICCC
    msnmsgr
    MSMSGS
    Aim6
    WhatPulse
    cdloader
Advanced SystemCare 3-this program really isn't needed and could be uninstalled
    OpenOffice
    AudioDeck
    PC Alert 4
    SecureDoc

Here are the services you don't need:
Lavasoft Ad-Aware Service - this program too can be uninstalled. Just isn't the program it used to be. This service runs even in the free version but does nothing.
    Bonjour Service
    Google Software Updater
