doing some site updating

we had a TON of comments submitted to the file Help DB that I'm moderating and I'll rebuild the pages when I've cleared the whole DB.

I also have a huge update to the startup DB to post.

I've been clearing some things off of the server getting ready to set some things up for iamnotageek.com when I figured I might as well run a few updates and try to trigger some upticks in the search listings.

startup DB is now updated
- tons of new comments all over the file DB
- Sitemap for the file DB was broken, basically google couldn't easily spider the DB until now
- tons of new files added to the file DB and defined properly now
