It wouldn't let me upload the file due to it's size so I pasted it here.
That is what we prefer anyway. As you can tell this will take me awhile to go through.
See now if you can do the ESET scan, if not don't worry about it. Do update MBA-M and do another full system scan, remove what is found, save the log and post it here.
In the meantime I will go through this log and see if anything else should be done using combofix.
