Plus your MBA-M is WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY out of date. You obviously have never updated the program. You are running version 1.15...and the data base version is 844....current version is version 1.32 and the data base version is 1625. Even with your out of date version it DID find these 7 infected items and you chose not to remove them. Obviously there have to be a lot more than those.
You're right. I plead guilty to that one. I use the coupon printer to print their coupons from time to time. I hadn't realized it was a real baddy. I will get rid of it pronto. I also tried updating MBA-M from within the program, but it wouldn't connect. I will download the current one from the sticky you referred to me the other day and run it again.

The computer IS infected and will not be clean until you do the updating of MBA-M to begin with and then run the full system scan and allow it to REMOVE EVERYTHING it finds, not ignore it. That coupon printing program is known malware.
I hadn't realized Java was so out of date. It usually updates on it's own. I will update that as well.
