Got my heat back today!! We found someone who was getting rid of their trailer and would give me the furnace for $50. The furnace had the EXACT parts that I needed. The odds of that were unbelievable...so I got lucky. Didn't have to pull a furnace and now I have heat

As my 5 year old granddaughter would say...."ooohhhh, my, gooossshhh!"
    Northern Cal. I hope.
We will be near 50 they "claim" today, gonna have to work hard to get there though. "Supposed" to have rain changing to snow by Tuesday, little accumulation they "say"...they have not been right yet! Day after Christmas our oldest daughter and grandkids were flying in from Charlotte to what was supposed to be "cold but clear" Indianapolis Intl Airport....they circled the field for 40 minutes and then flew back to Charlotte because the airport closed due to NO visibility because of fog!
Two days before Christmas we were supposed to have warmer temps and rain...had two different friends who went down to Indy to pick people up at the airport. Planes landed fine but their 60 mile trip back up here took 7 hours because of 1/2 inch of ICE on the roads!...yes 7 hours.

NOPE Centra Coast California, near Santa Cruz. This mornings bike ride was interesting, I had to wear 2 pairs of socks and some gloves to prevent getting frost bite.. Some of the mud puddles had about 1/8" to 1/4" ice Someone took a sheet of ice out of one of the puddles and layed it ontop of some bushes, saw that around noon, it was still there on my way back around 3:30 pm.
