There are some infection entries still showing in your HJT log but first let's stop the unnecessary starts and then run a new HJT scan so I can better tell what needs to go.
Download and install CodeStuff Starter
When you open the program you will see three tabs. Start Ups, Processes and Services. Click the Start Up tab. Remove the check marks from the programs noted below. You also should most definitely go into Spybot and disable TeaTimer the way I note below.

You need to stop the following programs from starting with windows.
#1 Spybot TeaTimer. This program will interfere with any fixes done. It is not needed at all. Spybot should only be used for scanning and removal purposes. To stop this open Spybot. Choose Mode, Advanced. Then at the bottom you should see Tools button. Click that. On the left then you will see various buttons. Click Resident. When Resident opens take the check mark OUT of TeaTimer. Closed the program.
#2.TrojanScanner this is not needed to run the program. It can be run manually. Remove this from Start Up.
#3. AIM this can also be run manually
#4. uTorrent frankly this shouldn't be used at all. P2P file sharing is probably how you became infected in the first place. If it were my computer I would uninstall it but it is up to you.
#5. oovoo I am not familiar with this program other than it is a video chat program. No reason for this to be auto starting either.

The following Services should be stopped by going to the Services Tab
TuneUp Drive Defrag Service, totally unnecessary.
Viewpoint Manager Service foist ware and should also be Uninstalled via Add/Remove. It will be listed as Viewpoint Media Player.
Do all of the above. Then REBOOT the computer.
Run a new HJT scan and post that new log.
