Strange a problem

Hello dearest İANAG members , i have a really strange problem with my PC's . Let me tell you the situation one one . We share four Pc with my roommates . We use use deepfreeze on C drive (D,E etc are unprotected) .after booting the Pc forabout ten minutes later sound card is disabled and the network is gone. i mean we cant see each other on the network. all of use formated the other drives but the problem is still outhere and does not let us play counter . (i am sick of it by hte way ) . there wa a problem fixer utility called COMBOFIX , i tried it but nothing changed . do you please tell where the bloody virus hide itself ? inside modem ? though i am not so sure but if you encourage me , i could change my modem if needed . please help me , thanks in advance ,.... waiting for ur reply

#1 Combofix is a tool which should NEVER be run without being instructed to do so by a helper at a forum like this one. It is a very powerful tool and could damage key system files if not run correctly. It produces a log which must be interpreted by somebody familiar with what will be contained in these logs. So we would need to see that log.
#2. Follow the instructions HERE
But begin with one computer only. Disconnect the others and work on only one. If we can get that one clean then we hopefully can clean the others.
Post back with all requested logs, including that combofix log.
