Turn off the following program for the duration of this fix:
BitTorrent
Also DO NOT use the following programs for the duration of this fix:
LimeWire
The use of these programs are very likely the way you became infected in the first place.

You also need to go into Spybot S & D and TURN OFF TeaTimer as it will interfere with fixes to be done.
To do this go to Spybot, at the top click Mode and choose Advanced Mode. When that opens go to the bottom and click Tools. When tools opens on the left side click Resident. When Resident opens the REMOVE the check mark from TeaTimer. Close the program.
Reboot the computer.
