Ok now update MBA-M and run another full sytem scan. Allow it to remove everything found.
Reboot and then run a new HJT scan.

First you HAVE to turn off TeaTimer there is no way that any of the fixes are going to work unless you turn it off completely. It actually BLOCKS some fixes
To do this go to Spybot, at the top click Mode and choose Advanced Mode. When that opens go to the bottom and click Tools. When tools opens on the left side click Resident. When Resident opens the REMOVE the check mark from TeaTimer. Close the program.
Reboot the computer.

Now UPDATE MBA-M and run it again. Full System Scan, Remove whatever is found.
Reboot.
Run and new HJT log and post back with those logs.

Ok you have an odd process running on there at start up
