Slow Computer

My computer is going so slow I have windows xp and firefox. Somewhere I know we used to post a portion of our computer files for you to look at and help us find out what was wrong. Was this the place?
I have done all the normal things to clean a computer - to no avail.
I also don't know how to get back to this spot or find the reply.

I have moved your thread over here to Spyware Central in case that is what we are dealing with.
Download and run a scan with HiJackThis. Save the log and post it back here and we can take a look.
