You should do the same steps we did before. Remember, you never came back after McAfee finding another trojan and I posted a question in post #20.
Do all the steps again, except for the moment combofix. Be sure to update the MBA-M program before you run it, and have it scan ALL drives including F
Have it remove everything found, save the log.
Reboot
Do the ESET scanner and remove everythng too.
Reboot
Then do a new HJT scan. Post back with all logs. Let's stick through to the end this time, ok?
