    AOL Address Book Limit Exceeded

I have a lawyer friend using AOL for her email and contacts. She is running into an issue where she is no longer able to make a new address book entry, getting an error that she has exceeded the limit. We have tried AOL Help and tech support, but they have been useless. I don't know AOL myself, so can anyone tell me what the limit is and if it can be increased?

She won't be persuaded to use a "real" contact management system, so I told her that I would commit to finding an answer. Any assistance you can lend in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    What's an address book?

Sounds like you already suggested the right thing to your friend, next step is to contact aol and have them increase their address book entry limmit, other than that, move along, nothing to see here J/K, maybe you could find your lawyer friend a 3rd party application that keeps a local contact list with aol POP3 capabilities? there are quite a few things like this a google search for aol pop3 application turns them up, look through the discriptions of a few of them for "address book" but the link provided shows how to use outlook with aol, so you could possibly use outlook's local address book.
