Awesome I will run one more scan under their user account to check. Either way thanks a lot for the help I don't believe I would have been able to fix this without your help. And it saved me from having to do a installation.

Tell you what, know you said your Mom pays no attention to what or where she downloads, would posting some info you can print off for her be of help, or do you just want to come back and do this again in a month or two...
I can go through the logs again and list the sites that showed up on the logs that you could add to the IE restricted sites list so she can't get there anymore.

Plus you should download and Install SpywareBlaster by Javacool
It does offer great protectionas their web site says:
Spyware, adware, browser hijackers, and dialers are some of the most annoying and pervasive threats on the Internet today. By simply browsing a web page, you could find your computer to be the brand-new host of one of these unwanted fiends!
    Multi-Angle Protection
    • Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware and other potentially unwanted programs.
    • Block spying / tracking via cookies.
    • Restrict the actions of potentially unwanted or dangerous web sites.
Just download, install, update and enable all, including their Restricted Sites portion. It works for both IE and Firefox. I wouldn't run a computer without it.

    Couple more clean up items I omitted. First boot to Safe Mode;
    Using the F8 Method

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
    3. Select the option for Safe Mode using the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.

Then go to c:\program files\ and look for the following folders:

    Inbox
    Freeze.com
    SweetIM
    Viewpoint
    WildTangent

If you find any of those folders, delete them. All should be removed but the folders might still remain.
I hesitated earlier but also see that Limewire is installed on the computer. Of course this is a P2P file sharing program, can be dangerous since you can not be sure WHO or WHERE the file is really coming from AND if it is clean or not. Personally I would recommend uninstalling this.

After removing those items then reboot the computer. Download CCleaner to the desktop. Click the Analyze button. When it is complete then click the Run Cleaner button. Close the program.
You need to remove the programs we used, Combofix and SDFix only. The MBA-M program should remain and used weekly for scanning and removal...UPDATE the program before each scan.

    Delete SDFix.exe

To remove Combofix do the following:
Go to to Start > Run
    Type in box
    combofix /u
Note: the space between the X and the /u
    Press Enter.

After removing both of those then Right Click My Computer. Choose Properties.
When System Properties opens click the System Restore Tab. When that opens place a check mark in Turn Off system restore. You may get a warning box telling you it is turning off, click ok or whatever the appropriate answer is.
System Restore will turn off. Wait a minute or two and then go back and do the reverse, REMOVE the check mark and System Restore will turn back on.

Since we had all these removals I would recommend a disk defrag. Now the Windows one takes quite awhile. I would advise that you download and use Auslogics Disk Defrag. This works quite well, it IS FREE and is much faster than the built in Defrag progam.

I went ahead and deleted those files and programs as you suggested. I also ran CCleaner. Afterwards I received another Security prompt from McAfree: about a program called: RemAdm-ProcLaunch!171. Is this program legit?

I am going to go ahead and run that defrag now. Thank you once again.

I am guessing again that this is a false positive related to the combofix. All the info I could find related to it's install and the registry changes made.
