It depends on how much control you can tolerate.

After almost 15 years together, my wife and I have come to an understanding. The more Im off hunting or fishing with my sons and friends, the less Im at home screwing up her routine...

I guess that works. We almost ALWAYS know what the other is doing, but we aren't worried about it...She works 1st, and I usually work 2nd...and usually when I come home we go to bed...so there really isn't much that we have to keep track of. Besides that, she is trying to find a forum that she can call "hers" but she doesn't have anything that she likes that much to get in a forum about...
