Rather than opening the case at this point, it would help us more to know exactlly what the error message is when you receive the BSOD.
Usually BSOD's occur because of file errors or corruption. I am not saying this can't be a hardware problem but look carefully at the error and write down what it says. The top three or four lines are usually what we need. The lower sections usually tell you "the machine must shut down...etc."
