Very idiotic to pay that kinda $$ for a car imo. After paying that much, u can't really ride it either so what is the point? So I ccould look at it whenever I want and wash/polish it once every couple of weeks and brag about it?
Perhaps, for a car enthusiast with crap load of $$ to spare (instead of returning it to the community or investing it), the price might be reasonable?

OK, you know I love cars... BUT this ones new to me... got a link to a gallery/info page?
Also if you've been following car sales and overall prices of classic cars you'll know that they're skyrocketing in value far beyond your average mutual fund. Why go with a mutual fund when you can have a badass car sitting in your garage? Who brags about having money in mutual funds?
There are a LOT of very good investment grade cars floating around. Also if you say pickup a cheaper 60's mustang you can have a nice ride to drive around in with CHEAP insurance (save cash that way) BUT lets consider even if you drive it alot as long as you're not thrashing it you'll at least break even and not lose your ass by driving it. Take my $33k Charger R/T I bought what like 18-19mnths ago? I'd be lucky to get $23k out of it...

MMMMM 70 'cuda vert is totally one of the cars on my shopping list for someday if I manage to develop something to sell for $1M+'68 Camaro RS/SS (rare for BOTH packages, but know of one...)
I'd also FINISH pimping out my '68 Mustang with a fully modernized suspension + IRL. As it is I settled for MODERN disc brakes. Front ones are the '03 Cobra brakes, rears are surprisingly from a dodge and take "some work" to get on right.
I'd also like a '65 Ford truck 4x4 big block lifted big time.
I'd probably stop with those because the rest of the money would get eaten by taxes and having to buy 40 acres, a house a BIG garage.

You wouldn't need a garage, I'm sure you could get plenty of volunteers to store them for you. I'd be happy to watch over the 4x4 if and when you get it. I'd even let you visit it every once in awhile. Just as long as you called first.
Personally I'm kind of partial to the old Dodge PowerWagons especially the Military versions. Also, like the UniMogs. I've got my eye on one that's about a block from my house. It's in excellent condition and I've never seen it move. I've talked to the guy a couple times and he's not willing to sell yet, but I keep trying.Maybe I'll get lucky and he will get married and have to sell it.

I chose the Ford primarily because I have quite a few ford parts laying around currently... I have a 2x4 '75 F100 with a 460 in it. Obviously I'd want that 460 in my 4x4 and have some decent gear options already in my garage for the 9" even have a couple different gears for the 8.8 so even if I were rich I guess I'd still plan around what I have in my garage LMAO of course if I REALLY went with what I have here I guess I'd convert the 2x4 to 4x4 and lift it while I have it all apart. That would be fun.... but I like the previous gens looks more.
