Don't you have a wireless router? You don't need the computer between the xbox and the connection....

OK, just so everybody else has an idea...I talked to Jado on MSN last night for a while. We got his computer plugged into the router, so now he has a proper network setup. He is still having a few issues with LIVE, though the NAT is now OPEN. He is currently working on it to my knowledge.
