Yeah, but you have to find time to do it, and I always get a big bruise and sore arm after donating....

Yeah, but it takes longer than 30 minutes to donate plasma...plus you have to add travel time...

When donating blood, but not plasma, because you aren't losing 20% of your blood supply, just a little of your plasma..

its a pint of plasma isn't it? they just put your red blood cells back.
