It's got a 12volt lead acid battery, twin cylinder 1.3 liter gasoline engine powering the generator/charging system, two wheels, leather seats for two, throttle control, oil and water cooling and a shaft drive!! Warning lights? Night time running lights??? Something with that much power requires licencing in 50 states and in person opperation tests to qualify for the license LOL!!! Couldn't imagine the amount of stimulation this thing provides for the opperator and passenger! Does your state require liability insurance coverage? you know, incase someone else gets hurt or property damage in the event of an accident? Don't forget protection!!!!
