This log looks good. You have numerous items which are running at Start Up which are totally unnecessary, can slow the boot time, use up memory running all the time and can easily be run manually if needed;

I would suggest either going into each program and disabling the auto-start option. Or you can use a program like Mike Lin's Start up Control Panel to turn these items off so they don't run at start up. Very easy progam to use, download, install and then you will find it in your Control Panel. Just open the program and go through the various tabs and remove the checkmark which signifies it should auto-start. Reboot the computer. If you find later there is something you have taken from auto-start that you would like to put back then open the Start up program and put the checkmark back.

Here is a link for Mike Lin's StartUp Control Panel

Here is the list of programs you don't need running at start up and therefore running all the time in the background with an explanation of what they are;

Share-to-Web Namespace Daemon
>>>HP share to web software. Easily accessed via Start -> Programs

CamMonitor>>> Comes with Hewlett-Packard digital camera drivers. This runs in the background and auto launches the imaging software when your digital camera is connected to your computer.

StorageGuard>>>StorageGuard from Veritas. Free utility that integrates with Backup MyPC (formerly Backup Exec Desktop), Simple Backup and MS Backup. Provides system tray access and background monitoring - warning you of files that haven't recently been backed up. Required unless you backup manually on a regular basis or have scheduled backups

REGSHAVE>>> Part of the USB driver for your Fuji digital cameras - used when uninstalling the USB drivers, erasing all entries from the registry. Only required BEFORE attempting to uninstall the Fuji software or the uninstall may not work correctly

IgfxTray>>> Quick access to the control panel via a System Tray icon for graphics based upon the Intel chipsets (ie, i810). These chipsets are often included on motherboards. Available via Start -> Settings -> Control Panel

[HP Component Manager>>>Checks the internet for updated drivers/utilities for your HP product - update manually.

SunJavaUpdateSched>>> Checks with Sun's Java updates site to see if newer Java versions are available. Visit http://java.sun.com or just run the Java Plug-In Control Panel

HP Software Update>>>unnecessary.HP software updates. If a shortcut doesn\'t exist create your own and run it manually

SweetIM>>>unnecessary.vSweetIM - send fancier smiley-faces and IM graphics to friends who are using MSN Messenger. They are only able to see these advanced smiley-faces if they also have SweetIM installed. There are two instances of this program booting at start up and therefore running all the time.

QuickTime Task>>>unnecessary. Watch this one because each time you use it the it puts itself back into auto-start.

iTunesHelper>>>unnecessary. Watch this one because each time you use it the it puts itself back into auto-start.

Microsoft Works Update Detection>>>unnecessary, run manually

MoneyAgent>>>Can easily be run manually

Octoshape Streaming Services>>>peer-to-peer streaming technology should be run manually and never all the time.

Desktop Weather 3>>>provides current temperature, conditions, alerts, etc

RoboForm>>>password manager and web form filler. Will work without this startup entry, as the "active" component is an integrated Internet Explorer browser plugin (this is the one you requested removal instructions for)

Adobe Reader Speed Launch>>>can easily be run manually

HP Image Zone Fast Start>>>can easily be run manually
