Do you have an MSN address? I removed the WT from add/remove, but I cant find RapidBlaster...

No I don't have an MSN address.
If you couldn't find RapidBlaster in Add/Remove then that is ok. It may not be listed OR it could be another virus or Trojan. There are several which hide under the name explorer.
Just follow the rest of the instructions, including;
Update your Nortons.
Totally disconnect your internet connection, in other words, UNPLUG from the internet completely.

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete once.
2. Click Task Manager.
3. Click the Processes tab.
4. Double-click the Image Name column header to alphabetically sort the processes.
5. Scroll through the list and look for Rb32.exe. If not found, don't worry about it.
   
6. If you find the file, click it, and then click End Process.
7. Exit the Task Manager.

Run the full system scan with your Nortons. Delete ANY files found by Norton. Make note of what they are and where they are located if you are given the location.
Next follow the HJT fix instructions. Then shut down. Reconnect the internet. Reboot and run a NEW HJT scan and post the log here.
