That's good that you couldn't find any of those. Those are follow up steps to the scans to make absolutely certain that not one iota of those nasty files remain.
The reason I questioned if you had followed all the steps is because much of what AVG found were temp files...cookies especially.
I don't understand why all those cookies remained after using the ATF-Cleaner, unless you surfed around after using it. I am only trying to help you get your computer clean and it does get frustrating when fixes are posted and you see the person asking for help then posting in another thread about something that has nothing whatsoever to do with the problem at hand. It just makes things harder if the cleanup steps aren't completed.
It is your computer of course, you can do what you wish, you asked for help and I was trying to provide it in the best way I knew how.
If you want to continue we need a new HJT scan and log and a new AVG scan and log.
