I don't support the MVPS HOSTS File but could try to help.
My best guess is that a new addition(s) has denied you access to one or more
sites - if so, which ones? {{Obfuscate}} the URL's *prior* to posting them back.
You /can/ tweak them out using the HOSTS Editor. But, probably shouldn't.
The new entries that are denying you access are well researched.
