My computer started slowing down ridiculously recently. With only a few programs running (i.e. just 2 internet explorer windows open), it nearly comes to a complete stop. Task manager keeps showing my CPU at 100% yet little to no RAM is being used. I have an Inspiron 8200, Pentium 4: 1.2 ghz, 640 RAM. I've never had this proplem even when playing games. My log looks fine as far as I can tell, nothing new at least. Is there a way to adjust how the CPU is functioning? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
