Ok, question here. Looking at both the auto starts and uninstall list and what is running on the computer I see in Uninstall list Symantec or Norton antivirus program. It is listed on your HJT list as auto starting both in programs and Services, it is not listed in the auto starts list you posted using HJT. What version is the program? Has it possibly expired? This may be at least part of your problem. Is the program really still installed?
