1. My system hangs on Start up. After I give username and password, my desktop appears but the system is hung with the hourglass instead of mouse arrow.
However,if I log into Safe mode, it works fine.
So, I had to do all the pre-requsites to this post after logging into safe mode (with networking).
2. I ran the malicious software removal tool
3. I ran Kaspersky online scanner -- Have attached the log of Kaspersky Online Scanner.
4. Disconnected from internet by disabling wireless network connection.
5. Ran ATF cleaner
6. Ran AVG -- report attached.
7. Ran Microsoft defender.
8.ran hijack this (after renaming) and have attached log.
