    Would a Wiki format work? Allowing anyone to submit rogue software? As long
    as 'peer review' is strong enough....

    The page would be live, and not need any one person to police it.

    And... anyone could REMOVE entries as well.
    Additionally some malicious actor may call Lavasoft or Malware-Bytes rogues.

    but that is true for any and all wiki pages, the truth, generally, gets
    through, it is also possible to limit editorial control, afaik..
