I just installed this because I had some problems. When I scanned using
"quick scan", everything worked fine, and it got rid of my problem virus.
However, when I scan using "Full scan", it locks up after about 15 minutes
of scanning. I tried this a few times to see if there was a particular file
that choked it, and it is a different one each time. I tried uninstalling
and reinstalling and that did not make a difference. Any ideas? Is this a
problem with the software or maybe my XP Pro machine?
