    WinXP Pro SP2, I just removed, restart, and reinstall with no luck

    For remote assistance no ports will need to be forwarded...just go into Help and support and say you want to get remote assistance...Then do it by email

    If you want me to help I will, but it may have to wait for an hour or so...I get out of work here in 30 minutes and will be able to help you then.
