Could this image be bad? If so it won't feasible to correct the issue.
If you used that utility before, then I reckon you know what you are doing and how the program works. What seems to be different than previous times?

Come to think of it, you created the image from an IDE drive and now trying to load it to a SATA drive, wouldn't that be a problem considering the differences?
