Please Read Terms Of Use before using this service as this is a commercial site. Me thinks you will get spammed with email and tricked into revealing your MySpace Login details......Caveat Emptor!

    Terms of Use

The U-Doo Avatar Ringtone Builder is brought to you by Wirefly, a leading provider of wireless services and devices. The U-Doo Avatar Ringtone Builder (the “Builder”) allows users to create customized characters (“Character”) and then send them to friends via email, download them to their wireless device, or publish them to their MySpace homepage.

The Builder provides users with pre-recorded audio options, but users can also use their own audio content using our text-to-speech tool or by recording their voice or other audio using our 800 number recording tool. Under no circumstances will Wirefly or its partners be liable in any way for any user-provided content included in a Character created using the Builder, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in such content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the review and/or use of such content. Under no circumstances will Wirefly or its partners be liable in any way for claims arising from any use of the Builder that is not explicitly permitted under these terms of use. Except as otherwise noted herein, Wirefly’s privacy policy will apply.

When a user selects to email a Character to a friend or to themselves, the user is prompted to enter his/her name, his/her email address, and the recipient’s email address. The email is deemed to be a non-commercial person-to-person communication. Under no circumstances will Wirefly or its partners be liable in any way for claims of sending unsolicited commercial email.

When a user selects to download a Character to his/her wireless device, he/she will be prompted to enter his/her wireless phone number into the Builder and to select a check-box indicating that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions associated with the download. Under no circumstances will users be permitted to use the Builder to download a Character to a wireless device other than their own.

When a user selects to publish a Character to his/her MySpace homepage, he/she will be prompted to enter the email address and password associated with his/her MySpace account. This information will allow the Builder to log in to the user’s MySpace account on the user’s behalf for the sole purpose of publishing the URL link associated with the Character to the user’s MySpace homepage. To ensure privacy, after the publishing process is complete, we will delete the user’s MySpace login information from our records.
