Welcome to networktechs! So, what we were talking about at astro_chicken is that your OC is limmited by the stability of your fsb and dram, your board allows a pretty good amount of adjustability, a bit too much from what I gathered in the manual with all the dynamic overclocking, cool and quiet mode etc.. It's easier to stick with just the adjustability of the FSB, MEMORY, and CPU multiplier. We were getting confused a bit about what your OC results were when you said you were using 210X11, your only upping the FSB by 10, so your cpu overclock will be rased very little compared to what I was trying to explain with a higher fsb and lower multiplier. The big brick wall you run into is that your motherboard doesn't provide an HTT frequency adjustment, whithout being able to adjust the HTT in the bios you won't be able to OC higher than your memory will run stable using the fsb adjustment. If you could find software to give you HTT options, say in the form of a bios update or a windows utility you can get a much higher OC. Some people are getting 2.4-2.8ghz at standard voltage with the stock AMD heatsink.
ok so in the bios screen for adjusting your fsb and multiplier, it should go like this, turn off dynamic overclocking, turn off cool n quiet mode, enable dram clock and lower it to ddr 333, set the cpu multiplier to 6x and then set the fsb to 200, then check to see if it boots, while it is booting take note of the processor speed. It should show 1200mhz or 2000+ or something like that, once you test that it will load and work try stepping up the multiplier to 7x. Repeat the boot test, note the processor speed and post the results here. When you get to 8x with successfull boot and testing, try upping the FSB from 200 to 210 and retest it. note the cpu speed listed when it is booting, test the performance out, if it is stable try going to 220. to get 2.4 ghz you will need 240fsb and 10x multiplier.

BEFORE I PUT THE VOLTAGE TO STOCK AND MY SYSTEM DIDNT BOOT PROPERLY,IT GAVE AN ERROR AND RESTARTED.THE CAS LATENCY WAS SPD B4.
AFTER THIS I CHANGED THE CAS LATENCY TO 3 AND DRAM VOLTAGE AND AGP VOLTAGE TO 1.70 AND 2.70 RESPECTIVELY.THEN EVERYTHING WORKED AND ITS STABLE.EVEN I TRIED PLAYING UT04 FOR HALF HOUR ONLINE WITH MAXIMUM PLAYERS BUT IS ALWAYS STABLE.

Nice results for a newcastle! I was sleeping, so that's why I didn't respond earlier. When I asked that you take note of the cpu speed shown durring boot, as soon as your computer loads right after power up, it should show a videocard bios boot screen discribing the videocard model and bios information, then it goes into the motherboard POST (power on self test) where it checks the bios settings, display's information about what processsor is installed and how much memory is installed before it starts scanning for drives.. usually when it gets to the memory check, you should already see some information about the processor listed somewhere above that. If your cpu fsb adjustment worked the cpu information changes with your overclock setting, that is all you need to notice "if it changed or not" when it doesn't work, from setting the OC too high it will reset to a much slower speed after you restart the computer, you need to go back into the bios and change the setting/usually something lower or default, save the setting then reboot. If it doesn't restart at a lower speed, and you get a blank screen with the reset button you might have to use the clear cmos jumper or like you said before, remove the battery..
Everything looks good with your setup, see how your memory modules have a listing of 2.5 3 3 7 at 166TRY THAT ddr333 "166" with memory timings set to 3 3 3 8, at fsb 240x10 and fsb 250x10

ahh oops, you got that covered in your last post!! so good deal then, I was looking through the manual and MSI states that there are some rules at the maximum speed you can run DRAM at according to the type of dram, single sided, double sided etc... it will allow you to use pc3200 ram at full speed ddr400, fsb200 if you have more than one stick, they both need to be single sided memory modules to run at ddr400.
