you were working with me on a computer virus problem a couple of weeks ago, my username was patmac, and I think we were pretty close to fixing my problem. For many reasons (mainly went on vacation and had business travel) I did not sign on for a while. When I came back my username and passord word did not work????, I've since re-registered as patmac6075....I'm hoping someplace on INAG my old thread is still available?
My computer is still down (I haven't tried to get it back on-line). Right now I can start the computer without the hi-jackers taking over, but I'm thinking that as soon as I open up mozilla or IE they'll come back.

Do you remember me and can you still help me?

Hi patmac,
I do remember the user name. Sorry to say that IANAG itself had a major melt down and the database was lost. So no recent items remain.
If you look around you will see that some things are different. We are just really getting back up to being able to offer real help again.
I know it will be a total pain but if you would post your problem again, and if you can recall, any steps we took. I know that will be difficult, it has been for us too!
If you have an old HiJackThis log post it here THEN
if you can do a NEW HiJackThis log and post it I might be able to see where we stand.
We can work around this I am sure.
