Oh, don't get me wrong, I was not saying the problem was NOT with CA, I was only noting that in case there was something you had installed that was from CA you were not aware of or had forgotten about. I am glad you got the problem solved. Good investigating!
If enough people contact CA maybe they will. I would contact them if I were you and tell them what you have found and that disabling was not enough. It is absolutely up to them to correct the shortcomings or problems with their programs.Maybe someone can figure out an easier way to overcome this CA shortcoming
