dual 100gb hard drives on my laptop

I have never been able to see the second hard drive. I go to my computer and see C drive but the size is only 93 gb which accounts for only one hard drive. My laptop is supposed to have 2 100gb harddrives. How do I access the other one?
HP pavilion dv 8000
xp media center(xp pro?)
Can any one clue me in please?

turns out that HP never formatted the 2nd hard drive. my son went right to it. now I see both drives listed in my computer.

right click my computer > manage > storage > disk manager

that would have done it for ya ^^
