cool, I checked their classifieds a while back, some very nice bugs in there, too expensive though some resources, aircooled.net, cb-performance.com, procar "cool seats", berg, year-one dunno if they still have sheetmetal, and vw-trends/hotvw's magazines have alot of vendors in the classifieds section and advertisments.

    aircooled.net - Use it alredy

cb-performance.com - Checked it out, racing parts get me lost

procar "cool seats" - They offer the same Rally seats I'm getting from Mid America

berg - Love the site, thanks for the tip

year-one - Still around but not really geared toward vw. I suppose some of those engine parts could be used thou

vw-trends/hotvw's magazines - Thought about ordering them, just have not got around to it.

Thanks for the list of resources

Thats cool, I haven't seen VW trends around, just goes to show how long it's been since I've picked up a vw magazine. Berg's site; these guy's have been around since the 50's or something like that and have been racing vw's and winning, they can also suply parts to build a balanced, long driving "daily driver" street engine based on their full circle counterbalanced 8 dowel cranshaft's/heavy 8 lb billit v-belt pullies that are spin balanced, 12-13 lb flywheels with matching spin balanced clutch plate, copper cylinder crush rings, cushlock/spring center clutch, full flow oil pump cover/meling/berg combo etc. CB performance is good for their 044 CNC ported heads.

You can easily get about 140hp with a 90.5x74mm setup based on those parts, forgot to mention a good set of connecting rods and getting the rotating mass spin balanced is required.
