I keep getting a message on screen saying,
OneKlick.exe-Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point @ security @ initialization $qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library ntrtl60.bpl.

Can somebody tell me what it means and how do I fix it?

I think it probably means means that one of your installed applications which uses "oneclick" for its installation method is broken. From what I could find it may have to do with to do with Tuneup Utilities
