    Your log looks good to me. Looks like you have some good security programs too.
    I would recommend one more, if you don't all ready have it and that is SpywareBlaster
    It is a super, FREE, program that will, to quote their website; Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted software.
    Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
    Restrict the actions of potentially unwanted sites in Internet Explorer.
    The nice thing is too is that it DOES NOT run in the background. Just keep it updated and it will help keep the computer clean.
    Try it, I think you will like it a lot.
