Microsoft Windows Security Centre Firewall Bypass

I have just run Spybot S and D and it has come up with this as a piece of
spyware. What is it please, and should i get rid of it or not?

It does NOT come up as Spyware. It is an indication that it found that in your Registry
    the Windows FireWall was disabled.
