The last couple of times that I've run a scan with SuperAntiSpyware, I've
gotten a pop-up during the 'Registry' scan, that says it "Can't find the CD
in D Drive". It's very persistant, and I have to click 'continue' a half
dozen times to complete the scan, and it runs like this:
Memory 1 minute
Registry 1 minute 40 seconds to 3 minutes
Files 15 minutes for 'Quick Scan'
Is this common?

It likely is that you have the D drive checked to be included in the scan.
Uncheck that drive and you should not have that problem.
PS: that choice comes up when you hit the scan button.
