    Setup NETGEAR FVS114 - HELP

    I'd like to setup a Netgear firewall (FVS114) on a small home office network. I have AT&T DSL with a 2wire (brand) modem.
    When I enter the setup wizard it detects, then prompts me for a user name and password, I've tried my AT&T username and password and I've tried the default password from Netgear. Nothing works??? I cannot get any further? When I call Netgear they reroute my call to a pay service.

    Can you help?

    There are several instructions regarding logging into the router, including resetting the default login/password via the router/vpn firewall reset switch.

    For good measure, disconnect the router/vpn firewall from the internet prior to configuring it, to prevent an insecure connection prior to setting it up.
