Looking for some ways to customize XP.

So I have been out of the computer game for a LONG time now, and theres a million different free ware programs out there to customize windows XP. Just wondering if some of you could recommend a few easy to use programs.

I'm just wanting to give windows a new look and maybe change a few small things nothing to serious....Maybe one day after I finish the damn project car I will get back into computers, I kind of want to now even. But I feel so lost at times. I mean last time I was really into them, we were over clocking 133mhz SDRAM LOL.

Haven't done much with windows xp, but there's some mac OS skins and such, Tweak ui/ window blinds?
