    drive letters

Is there a way to change the windows drive letters I have two 80 gig drives running in raid 0 and when I loaded XP back up it assigned the hard drives E:,F: instead of c,d . I also have 2 dvd drives installed with the letters c,g I need to change so I boot from c ive got a program to run that will only install to c drive.

Try Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Disk Management. Right-click the drive you want to change letters on and choose 'Change Drive Letters And Path'. Remember you have to work backwards i.e. Change the optical drives to letters further down the alphabet before you try the harddrives. This will free up letters closer to what you want to use for the fixed disks.
