vista lock up

hey doods im running the system below and i'd like to know it's lock'in up when i attempt to bring it out of sleep...

it's FINE from when i goto sleep and wake up
(6 or so hours)
but not when i come home from work
(9-10 hours)

i don't have any software then runns in the backround except trillian (IM'in)
