The updated HOSTS are normally larger than the older one,
but this 23 September file is smaller than the 6 August one:
604 vs 702. Is this supposed to be? Maybe they just
cleared outdated urls. Does anyone know?

I didn't notice that the size of the newest update file was smaller than the last.
If this is the actual case, thanks for pointing it out.
