I have always wondered, but why do you post these updates ? Doesn't Spybot
update itself on request?

SpyBot *can* be scheduled to run automatic updates but due to mirror site issues, et alia,
manual updating is preferred.

These sort of posts are just to notify Security oriented users that their software has
available
updates to be the most protected as possible.
