Browser recomendation ?

Something that does not EVER phone home ? That only sends data
when I press the "send" button. That allows me to select which sites
to allow javascript on ? Preferably tabbed ?
I fired up wireshark and was horrified by the amount of
private data firefox sends behind your back.

I'm testing k-meleon, but can't figure out how to allow just
some sites vs javascript. It seems to be an all or nothing thing.
