I haven't viewed most of the site, other than a once over for approval. I'll have to check into some of the smoking recipe's now and then, for me and my brother. He's got a couple big-cheif smokers, but we plan on building a fire box out of an old wood burning pot belly stove, so we don't have to plug anything in. I can keep track of the parts used and take some pics of the contraption, it's going to be pretty basic, a smoker box elevated on a stand (probly one of the big-cheif smokers) next to the pot-belly stove, with a pipe going between for the smoke.
