Hi Jaclyn,
Whew! LOTS of nasty stuff in those logs. WHERE is your onboard anti-virus program? You ABSOLUTELY MUST have one of those. Go HERE
PP lists three very good FREE ones. Pick ONE, download, install and update it. Once it is updated then run a FULL system scan with it and allow it to remove all that it finds.
Next go to the ESET Online Scanner
- You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
- You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
- Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
- When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt.
These other logs are so large it is going to take me awhile to go through them. Follow the instructions I have given you and post back with those logs and also a new HJT scan log.
